Shipping & Service Policy

• Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.
• Commissioned work is dispatched after completion and full payment; timelines are agreed with you in advance and typically run 2–4 weeks depending on size and medium.
• Larger canvases may need extra drying and curing time before they can be safely packed.

• Islamabad & Rawalpindi: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• Other cities: 3–6 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery charges are quoted with your order and depend on size, weight and destination.
• Local pickup from the studio in Shahzad Town, Islamabad is available by appointment at no charge.

We ship worldwide on request. International rates are quoted individually before the order is confirmed. Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Artwork is wrapped in acid-free tissue, protected with corner guards and foam, and shipped in a rigid double-walled box or a custom crate for large pieces. Framed and glass pieces receive additional bracing.

As soon as your parcel leaves the studio we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also follow progress at any time on our order tracking page using your order number.

Courier delays caused by weather, public holidays or security situations are outside our control, though we will always chase them on your behalf. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — re-delivery after a failed attempt caused by incorrect details may be charged again.
