Eternal Obsessions by Urusa Azad is an independent art studio based in Islamabad, Pakistan, producing original calligraphy and abstract artwork. Contact details are listed at the bottom of this page.

• Placing an order is a request to buy; the order is confirmed once we accept it and send you an order number.
• We may decline or cancel an order if a piece has already sold or cannot be produced as requested.
• Every piece is hand-made. Some works are produced in more than one version, and small variations in brushwork, texture and tone are part of the work, not defects.

• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice; the price confirmed on your order applies.
• Payment is arranged directly with the studio via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash or cash on delivery where offered.
• Work on commissions begins only after the agreed advance is received.

• Commissions require a non-refundable advance of 50% of the agreed price.
• We share progress images at agreed stages. One round of minor revisions is included; larger changes may be quoted separately.
• Timelines are estimates and depend on size, medium and drying times.
• Because commissioned work is made to your brief, it cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged.

Copyright in all artwork, photographs and site content remains with Urusa Azad. Buying a piece gives you ownership of the physical artwork only — it does not transfer reproduction, commercial or resale-as-print rights.

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping & Service Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photographs.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
